Dropped my car off late at night bc the engine wasn’t running right. They had an easy 24 hr key drop and something to fill out. Got a call the next morning first thing and my car was fixed quickly! Honest good people! Good price! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The fellas at Burch are fantastic! They were able to fit my car into the schedule after my A/C needed some unexpected attention. Had it diagnosed and repaired within 48hrs, which is impressive given they’re a small operation. Joe was patient and answered my questions regarding the diagnosis and needed repairs. He was upfront and honest, I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything unnecessary. I asked them to inspect the transmission fluid while they had the car. He said while it was showing some signs of age and could be changed now, realistically it had another 10K miles before it became a priority. Saved me from spending an additional $400. My car is coming here from now on!

I had an awesome experience. Joe took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car and even sent photos of what needed to be fixed. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency. Prices were fair and I felt taken care of. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back for any future repairs. So glad I found somewhere reliable!

Joe and his team do an outstanding job! Joe was upfront, honest, and transparent about pricing and exactly what needed to be repaired on my Honda Pilot. He even provided a loaner car at no charge while my vehicle was being worked on, which was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. The service was excellent from start to finish. This is now my go-to local shop for car repairs, and I highly recommend them! Also a plus- Gretchen the shop cat! She definitely completes Burch Auto. :)
